Finally got my 1966 M274A2 "mule" running. It's a lot of fun to drive around. It'll go anywhere, just not fast.

Those are neat little vehicles! They saw lots of use in Vietnam. Nice!

Does it have a clutch or it has one-speed drive?

It has 3 forward gears and one reverse. Also a high and low range for off or on road use. 4 wheel steering, full time 4 wheel drive. It is rated to carry 1000 pounds of payload.

Oh, THAT kind of mule. Kinda had me wondering on a restoration on the other kind.  Seriously, congratulations on your project. That thing looks really neat!

I always wanted one of these. Back in the day when George Airforce base had DRMO sales a few of these came up, but I didn't have the $500.00 they auctioned for. Very cool!!!!
