I bought this medal in a store in China and I want to know some stories behind it. Someone on the forum told me how to check it, but due to regional restrictions in China, I cannot use PayPal, so I cannot check it,I bought a total of two, only this one has a name on the back, and the price in US dollars is about $25,I want to know some stories about his service

I just bought it from a store, and he also has some Purple Star Medals and Bronze Star Medals. I will buy them next time I have the chance

He was in Japan, so it may have found its way to China? I see no ship attached to him.

bronze star but there's no name

I doubt he earned any other decorations. He enlisted too late in WWII to see combat, I also don't see any Korean War entries.
