shaune Posted October 5, 2020 #70 Posted October 5, 2020 Hello everybody - greetings from the UK! I hope everybody is keeping safe. This is my first post in the forum, and I'm not quite sure im in the right place - please just correct me if I'm not... I have just acquired a US M1 helmet, and after doing some online research, think it could be possibly be normandy d-day USN helmet. I would really appreciate any thoughts or feedback on the images, if possible? Sorry they are a bit dark. Any thoughts on the markings on the rear of the helmet? Thank you for looking, Shaun
shadawg Posted October 5, 2020 #71 Posted October 5, 2020 Suppose I'll add this one here, should look familiar
