patches Posted May 16, 2020 Author #319 Posted May 16, 2020 Going against my strict instructions when I started this topic on posting loose single examples of the PTC, I felt it necessary to violate that by posting this PTC I found floating online. This being the WWII AIr Corps PTC of the standard shoulder patch. Remembering that so far all we've seen in this regard is the AAC Roundel PTC, and I asked the question wondering if this one and the earlier Pin Wheel were made as crests, and we see at least one of them was, now we just got to wait to find one on a period uniform, either in a collection or in a portrait.
patches Posted June 8, 2020 Author #320 Posted June 8, 2020 Another 2nd Div PTC crest, these from member Sabrejet from a few years back.

seanmc1114 Posted August 12, 2020 #325 Posted August 12, 2020 A soldier wearing the I Armored Corps SSI sometime in 1945 or after (Note he is wearing the ribbon for the World War II Victory Medal). I can't tell if his patch crests are for unnumbered for the Armored Forces or for the I Armored Corps.
