I am not understanding the ribbon bar and medals. I do not see the Army Commendation ribbon on the bar and question the National Defence medal even being in a WW2 grouping.

Good catch on the name type in the GO. I like the theory on the angles. I also recall that during ww2 green was a color used in EM garrison cap piping. I am thinking the green hells angles would be armor related. Thanks for weighing in.

Great group.   George Dorsey appears on the 756th roster page   https://756tankbn.com/roster/   As far as the HELSS ANGLES tab I thinking it has to be related to either the 756th patch as the angles of the Armored patch or possibly the 3rd patch having the angles of the stripes. I would think if  the tab was 3rd Div related it would be blue and white. The 756th association isnt active anymore but the page does have a message board and maybe possible to contact the site admin and ask about the tab if ut was an unofficial unit name for the 756th.
