Sadly she is in really rough shape, pretty much scrap at this point. Too bad she wasn't recovered sooner. -

I have had this wing for some time and was wondering if it has any collectibility. Made by Creative Casting Inc.. as stamped on the back along with a phone number. I have seen these in lapel size but never in a 2-3/4" wing. Any value? Thanks in advance. -

The quality from my pictures is super bad. I'll text you the pictures on my phone and if it's still like it, I'll get some close ups for you. -

Mickeys correct, green buckles are basically the most common throughout the whole war, in high pressure liners that is. The. Black ones came pretty late and started to appear in theater probably right around late 44 early 45. At least that’s my understanding. Still at Tagt pint green was the most common. Is it your going to buy one get the green buckle. -

I think your good without any filler, doesn’t look like ethers nearly any putting and if there is , the paint will likely fill it in. -

Depends on when it was put together. Until, I think, the mid-1980's, subsequent awards of the NDSM was shown by an OLC, at least in the Army. Then it changed to a bronze service star. -

Oh, weird. I did not know that. Thank you. I suppose if that is the case then it hasn't been untouched. -

I get it. Back in the day after you got out there wasn’t anyone or anything to go to for guidance. Now we have the internet to help.
