Good evening and thank you for your reply, I am in the southwest of France, near Angoulême. We each have our own American vehicle and during the exhibitions we explain the course of the war to the public, medical, logistics, armaments, management of the dead too. We manage to find equipment for our exhibitions. We have American war crosses but sometimes we are looking for uniforms or other equipment.

Well that would suck, they asked for its size to hang it, hopefully it doesn’t go in to a closet

I have a Quartermaster officer uniform with the typical Port of Embarkation patch. I've never seen this cut-out version though. Thanks for sharing this unique GI-styling.
