14R is the way female uniforms would be sized. They look very similar to cold weather pants without cargo pockets or snapped pocket flaps. Any other labels? Allan -

Found this at a local antique store. I need help translating the inscriptions on it. It’s silk and looks to be homemade, the sun it bleeding it’s dye. Google only gave me a translation of the soldier’s name the best I can tell.
