I have a very similar helmet to yours, except it’s a mint early back seam dating to August of 44’ in the same configuration with the OD7 straps and all. nice find, restoration project maybe? -

Here's a sleeper that sold back in the middle of May, USCG, Patrol Squadron 1, Vietnam for a SUPER respectable price of $45. The other VN Patrol squadron 1 that was listed for ages, looks like it finally sold on a "Best Offer" from it's $195 price tag.
