You are correct. There was Parker Brothers, Parker Cutlery Co., Parker, I think Parker-Edwards, etc. Jim Parker started the company in Chattanooga, TN in around 1968. The company made all kinds of use knives and collector knives under different names for many years. Jim Parker also owned CASE knives for a while. -

. The iconic Army Airforce A-2. I have always adored the iconic American A-2 flying jacket ever since I bought my first original A-2 at seventeen when I bought my first Jeep. I still have that first original in my collection. However these days I only wear these two reproduction ones I bought twenty-five years ago, they are actually more broken in and supple than they appear in the photographs, the patches are original ones, the large circular one is the earlier pre-war Army- AirCorp version, I have many compliments on this one when I wear it, it looks the part. The paper with lock of hair states that he was a Lt. Smith with the 6th Illinois infantry. I believe it was cavalry. Very faintly with the lock of hair is written.. “Please remember me” -
