Identification tag worn by a POW in Stalag IV/B. Unfortunately it is not yet identified, but it likely belonged to an American due to the number range.

The only issue with the Little Big Horn Museum, if you want to call it an "issue", is that they likely already have many, many expended cartridge cases in the collection, identical to what you have posted. Over the years there have been multiple surveys of the landscape and efforts to collect and map things left on the battlefield, so cases are probably something they don't really "need" there. I suspect the cartridge case would go right to their collection archive and never see the light of day. I can't speak to the stars that accompany them.    Nice thing about a place like the Michigan museum is that your relics may have a significantly higher chance of display since they are not likely going to be a "multiple" of the same thing. Just my two cents on it.
