7th Armored Division bringback K98 Mundlos produced bayonet with mismatched 41 cul (E.Pack & Sohn) scabbard. Features nice inventory tag with info on the Soldier who captured it and where. -

I recently received this image from a friend who discovered online. This design supposedly represented the 881stBS at 'some time' during WWII, but to me it has more the look of a AAF Base Unit emblem. Can anyone help with this design? Thanks. RW -
