Here are both of my US Army Air Force Crash Rescue Boat PI buckles for comparison. The newer one that just arrived from Ebay is quite nice and the five port holes set it off from the other buckle. -

A buyer told me at noon today that I should ship his item to his new address, a day after he got a notice that the label had been printed AND I told him it was going to the post office to be scanned in the morning. And there are other red flags with this guy. Ebay is a real trip. -
