It certainly looks less reproductions I have seen sold in the gift shops at historical sites, and ones found on costume-type Continental Army uniforms. -

. Well the 60's American culture live on . . . . . . . . . . ' Easy Rider 1969 actually ', this morning at the cafe in Ste Mere Eglise these two young guys arrived on motorcycles copying the style seen in the Easy Rider film, I was almost waiting for Jack Nicholson to come walking in, now the sight of this took me back to the 60's, the two owners weren't even born in the 60's/ 70's but maybe late 80's, early 90's a small anecdote, in 1972 when I was on side-stage watching friends Led Zeppelin gigging I looked to the side of me and stood there was Peter Fonda and he was still wearing the same leather jacket with stripes he had worn while filming Easy Rider three years before. Notice the mistake in the spelling of “Security” with what should be a “C” actually an “O”. These kinds of mistakes are, unfortunately, fairly common on bullion emblems which are usually made in Pakistani or India, where English is not the primary language. It would be an easy fix in this case to correct the mistake. -
