It is the Eagle head. I found some info on GB today. I couldn't find any info in my small 03 book collection. Apparently it was used for a very short time. Assuming the rifle is untouched it would be in late 1918 -

I was just curious on the cut (got sent photos) because a lot of the cut-down flight suits have unique details, and this one has some loose connection to me because I grew up in MPLS. Are you the guy who owns it? -
