Sgt Edmund F. Carroll displays American Red Cross foodstuffs which were found in a civilian German home. The house was used as headquarters of the Signal Company. (End of April 1945 in Germany) -

True. The Hahn wing doesn’t have the CAA-WTS on the rim. But that makes sense if the Hahn wing was from 1940 (prior to the entry of the US into the war) and the formation of the War Training Service. the other wings include CAA-WTS so they would have been made no earlier than 1942 -
