These were issued during WW2, but not in that configuration. 

As stated, both are repops. 

No USGI carbine mag, 15 or 30 round, ever came from the manufacturer with a parkerized finish. All were blued at the factory.   These are refinished and/or repop mags with bogus WRA stampings.

Probably, I have never seen a US NAVY pilot with an M3 .45 holster. Remember that M3 .45 holster introduced in 1943.   M1916 hip holster would be more accurate or kind of rigger-made/private purchase shoulder holster.    VGS-18 VC-29 aboard the USS Santee c. Oct-Nov 1942.    USS Ranger, Operation Torch 1942   Hip holster converted for shoulder holster - mid 1942     VF-6 pilots summer 1942. You can see WWI Cavalary holster as well and shoulder rigger made example   USMC pilot with M3 .45 holster - early production with narrow shoulder strap       VMF-321     VMTB-232     Rigger made examples
