Well got it back from service. Was lucky on these I took a chance on a nonrunner. The watchmaker found a snapped detent screw without that you can't wind the watch. And we tried everywhere to find that part I even contacted Longines for a 100-year-old it was a lost cause. So, my watchmaker was able the broken screw and a detent screw he had that was a close match and rethreaded the screw to fit and it worked. Got it at a fair price compared to other on eBay but was a gamble I could of lost.

I’ll admit I came on a bit strong, however, you also have to admit your opening was a struck match and pretty accusatory. So if I defended myself, it is what it is. I’m not a complainer and I’ve absored the loss. After all it only $$$ and in the end, just stuff.  I’ve been on this forum since 2009. My reputation is pretty solid. I’m done with this topic. 

It makes more sense because the khaki blends well with the OD3 Paratrooper jacket. It will also work with the Parsons jacket & anything cotton.

It all came that way. Early camo cover with early liner.
