"CH" tail code P4Y-2/-2S "Privateer" sea surveillance and "Lamplighter" flare missions in support of USMC night interdiction. This one belonged to Aviation Electronics Technician "A.S.". Made in Occupied Japan "Golden Star". -

Co., New Britain, Conn. L - on top lip of base - M. S. Little Mfg. Co., Hartford, Conn. R - on top lip of base - Risdon Tool & Machine Co., Naugatuck, Conn. R - on bottom lip of base - Raymond Engineering Corp., New York, NY. *You had a picture of a magazine with an "R" stamped on the bottom and referred to it as a Risdon. Risdon only stamped the R on the top of the toe. An R on the bottom is a rare Raymond engineering mag. (rarest Colt mag). -
