I finally got a nice display completed for my bayonet collection. It's a good way to display both the bayonet and scabbard. And it only takes up some wall space.

Here are a couple of photos on how I mounted the bayonet and scabbard. I hand cut the T block on a bandsaw and screwed it in from the back. The bayonet is wired to the scabbard and then slides over the T block.

Very creative.  Gives a different look than just flat mounting like most are. Looks great!!!

Very cool- I really like the use of the belt on there too. Gives it some context.

Wouldn't a nylon zip tie be better than twisting a piece of wire around it?

I think the belt really sets off the bayonets really, really well. It gives it a real "jungle" vibe. A really wonderful display idea.
