A friend picked these up for me at an antique mall, knows me well.

 

No story, not even sure they go together. I've been through resources I have access to & am unable to find O'Mealy on any list.

 

Are these all WW1?

His Silver Star Citation is a blanket award given to a couple hundred men of the 16th on General Orders #5, 1st Infantry Brigade, June 1919.

Both the DSC and SS are French made.
