Sweetheart Bracelet

Recommended Posts

This appears to be a theater made sweetheart bracelet made by a WW2 GI as a souvenir. Any idea what country the coins are from?

Appear to be SE Asian based upon style and writing.  As for exact country I am unsure, but I would look into the coinage from that part of the world for that time period.

I was thinking more likely to be North African or Middle Eastern. Perhaps another forum member can definitively identify it. Thanks
