What am I? 83rd DIV and General Officer flags

I don't know what the "83" is but the others are Army LTG and BG flags.

NICE!! Look on the inside of where the pole would slide in, there should be a makers tag. Let us know what you find.

The brigadier general flag has a tag that reads Philadelphia Quartermaster Depot,

The other two have no tags

Yep Linedoggie nailed it! There should be a QM tag inside the sleeve (hard to get at) but if you inside-out it a bit there might be a date. Nice find!
