Mandy Posted June 24, 2014 #26 Posted June 24, 2014 Hi everyone, there are same OD color ration tins form WWII from my collection. Some of them are with 1945 date. All are from south - west Bohemia. Tom

Mandy Posted June 25, 2014 #34 Posted June 25, 2014 Hi, I'm sending a few photos of WWII. rations from my collection again. The ration cans are my heart matter. Tom
Mandy Posted June 25, 2014 #38 Posted June 25, 2014 This is a single one which isn't from Bohemia. I found it in a small post office in Sant-Peterburg a long time ago. The post masters had a glue for postage stamps in it and I exchanged it for a tin of fish. The ration was made for Red Army in the U.S.A. Tom
Mandy Posted June 25, 2014 #39 Posted June 25, 2014 Those Jelly and Jam cans are clearly mentioned in the QM history also. They were added via QM Tentative Specs July 28, 1944. Hi Oz, there is the Jam.
doyler Posted June 25, 2014 #40 Posted June 25, 2014 These all appear to be 51 dated and the box they were in when given to me.
Chief Bast Posted June 26, 2014 #42 Posted June 26, 2014 Tom, those ration photos are fantastic! You have one of the most impressive collection I've seen on this forum! Thanks so much for sharing.
