Pep Posted August 14, 2011 Share #1 Posted August 14, 2011 Take a look at this tin. It does not have the U.S. Gov't marking. I was thinking it may be one made in the 1920's~30's? Any have an opinion/ It has a pat. No. 1436406 also. Pep
hawkdriver Posted August 15, 2011 Share #2 Posted August 15, 2011 First Aid Packet U.S. Army on the first line, I'm not sure what you are asking?
Pep Posted August 15, 2011 Author Share #3 Posted August 15, 2011 Sorry, I should be more clear. Typically on the Carlisle type packets I see the text First Aid Packet - U.S. Gov't. The older M1907 packets had the text First Aid Packet - U.S. Army or U.S. Navy. Just tying to nail a date for this one down. thanks, First Aid Packet U.S. Army on the first line, I'm not sure what you are asking?
jarred52 Posted August 16, 2011 Share #4 Posted August 16, 2011 I have an original full box of packets that is dated June 25, 1943. The packets are marked US Government. Hope this helps.
