As some of you know, I have been working on the history of the early USAR / ARNG Special Forces units, which includes the 300th SFOD (FD)    I have recently been talking to the son of one of the original staff officers who stood-up the 300th SFOD in Mar 1955. He has his father's original insignia-I am waiting on some pics of his unit crest.   I plan on publishing an article on the 300th SFOD in "The Drop" within the next 6 months.   I promise you it will be much more than a couple repeeated lines from the internet. It is all based on original / period document and publications.

Honesty does go a long ways and so dose doing your due diligence. You messed up buying from this seller and now you are upset. You messed up by not acting fast enough. You could have gotten your money back. This all could have been resolved within 30 days. But you chose to drag it out and now you are crying about it.    The fact you say your feelings don't matter to you and everything means to me you know you screwed up and cant admit it to yourself.    Have a nice day.

Ooh please. Don't be so quick to judge. I'm not mad at ebay, as I should've been quicker on my end. I have been buying and selling on ebay since 2001, so I have far MORE than enough experience in the game. I have worked with great sellers who have worked with me in the past. I am a FANTASTIC seller and am always honest with my sales. I provide refunds and bonus items all the time. Check my feedback, I'm under the same handle as here.  Honesty and integrity is what drives my world. When I give my word, I stick to it.  I'm not greedy at all, I just want people to follow through with their end of a commitment. So, you are ok with someone who charges you over $40 for a $10 mailer?  I'm not here to get into p...ing contest with you as your feelings mean nothing to me. The point of my post is to not trust that seller, period.

Thanks for posting these photos but this looks like the rear rough surface variant pictured above in Post 1, Post 5 (left) and Post 17.   Unless the rear surface isn't as rough (more fine sandpaper like) as the other three?
