Picked it up from an older Vietnam vet at a different flea market last Saturday for 10 bucks. A little rough but the zipper still works and I'll display it with my Korean era jackets. -

In WWII, there were no US Army Male Nurses. First one didn't come in until 1955. Need to study basic GI uniforms and gear. Everyone pretty much wore the standard OD Uniform - shirt, tie, trousers, service shoes, overseas cap.. The dress jacket would depend on time frame. Overall it was the 4 pocket service jacket. Mid-1944 - to the end, the Ike jackets took over. -
