Undeadslayer, First make sure you research. Some websites are exclusively for selling basic items at the highest prices with spurious claims. Stay away from those. They could charge the unknowing 3-5 times what something is going for. There are hundreds of eagle patches for sale everywhere at any given time. Do you want one that is unissued/NOS or would you value one that had been on a field jacket during the Battle of the Bulge? To some the latter would be of far greater value. To others only an unused example will do. Yet, others want all variants and conditions. So there isn't a simple answer to your question of value. What actual condition is that one and who is grading it? What IMA says? Compared to an unissued one? What you think is good shape? Like most collectables you have to compare apples to other available apples. Bando's site is great. His classifications have become the accepted nomenclature used to describe the timeline for eagle patch production.   https://www.bing.com/ck/a?!&&p=e33539d25da9758f05d14fcc9c2ea29c492330d124df3ca128f8d11158e89185JmltdHM9MTc3ODYzMDQwMA&ptn=3&ver=2&hsh=4&fclid=1bc499c4-5007-6d28-37f5-978051af6ca9&psq=triggertime&u=a1aHR0cDovLzEwMWFpcmJvcm5ld3cyLmNvbS8   Halfway down the page you will find "Eagle Patch Corner" That goes specifically into the patches. For some reason I couldn't link it directly. I wouldn't buy a patch prior to being able to identify each of the main ones without other's opinions. Accepting an open forum recommendation, even what correct, will not further your collection or knowledge beyond just that one piece. Next eagle patch you see will bring the same questions.  Best, Dave

If I had an authentic multi-signature period AVG banner I would donate it to the National Air & Space Museum in DC. Conserved and safe from theft, floods and fire.

Just so you are aware, this is my reproduction, the reverse is made to look VERY modern and there would never be any mistake in seeing its a repro.. BUT, if its stuck on paper and 'removed from an album', or sewn on to a jacket and aged... then the front is the important bit that needs to be recognised as a repro.

I might be adding a pistol holster to the belt too. But maybe i should just keep it like this.

I picked this group up at an Estate sale a few years back. The wings are a Balfour and a H&H. The collar insignia are Amico. The bracelet is pretty nice and brings it all together.

Hamilton Canteen watches in action in WW2. Read about 2000 of these Hamilton were manufactured wonder how many are left in collections. These photos are from 1943 so these watches might have been in use before 1944 most collectors think 1944 was when these watches were produced but the Navy wed site said 1943 for these photos. Phots came from this link more interesting photos. https://www.nsw.navy.mil/NSW/HistoryV2
