Without a name it’s just the sum of parts. There is currently a 101st jacket in the for sale section who’s sum of parts is about $100 but it’s named to a man in the Airborne Artillery and has an asking price of $850. Not every jacket is as pricey as an airborne jacket but a name will enhance the value of many jackets. -

Is there a price range for one of these? I rarely see them come up for sale, but I am curious as to what a fair price would be for one if I see one in the wild. -

All the numbers punched into the 105mm High Explosive projectile are inspection and manufacture codes. These codes are lost to time and it will be difficult to decipher. The most important indicator is the 1942 date which verifies the round was fired during WW2. -

From the shoulder patch, I'm inclined to believe engineer reg in the 13th inf div, but you would not "normally" have a Div number (as opposed to a regimental number) on a collar disk unless it was for a subunit like div trains that used the same number as the division. Obviously, those rules didn't always apply -
