Thank You everyone for all of your help. Upon gaining further information from my dad. this IS NOT my grandma. It is her identical twin sister (they were truly identical their parents made them wear different color ribbons as kids to help tell them apart). her husband was in the Marines which would explain the Marine uniform. thank you all for your help solving this family mystery for me -

Isn't that the logo of the "MARSHALL PLAN"? On the US equipment we had in the Corps of Engineers, we could find it under the layer of paint. In the photo, is this an anachronism, if the Dodge is from the US Army?
