Nice one. They are somewhat rare. There is another interesting WWII KA-BAR Mark 2 variation that is marked "KA-BAR" on the blade, and "USN - USN" on the guard. -

The patch is in fantastic shape! Really the only damage is a bit to the back side of one arm of officer's braid and the fact he sweated pretty hard in it. -
