No idea what the AL stands for, but the patch looks like a repro from ajktet_10 on eBay. Guy has fake military and police patches made, along with fake porcelain signs    Would you be able to share who you got these from?

Patch found this week that is for the Leadership and Management Education and Training course for Class 79 at the Naval Amphibious School in Little Creek.
