Maybe it's not military? The only thing I could find using Google lens is a Japanese site selling them as us military bags. The description claims that it is for shotgun shells but I'm not sure if it is correct. I may be wrong but just a another guess is maybe it could be medical. Though it could be just a commercial bag, I've seen lots of different things that were made in China that were made in a ucp copy.

...and then lastly, this one....not even an AI clue as to what it's for. Just from a cursory look at the documents in the group(s) it looks like the guy was an Army MP, left active duty and joined the Ohio National Guard as a Combat Comm guy (and, the same AFSC as me).....any ideas????   Mark sends
