I checked the book. The only info listed was arrival and departure dates from, previous station and authorized strength. All LRRP companies were authorized 118 personnel.

The top is blank. The middle one has “1/01 DESERT STORM 3/91” on one side and “IRAQI BELLRINGER” on the other. The bottom one has “September 11 2001” on one side and “AMERICA WON’T FORGET” on the other 

Thanks for sharing, I was going to ask if you had any pictures of yours. I have one with the plastic handles like that as well, a very cool piece! Your Sarco example is one of the better handles I have seen for the leather ones. The one I posted in the OP looks a bit different though. The handle/leather washers are darker, and it's very difficult to tell each leather washer apart. Maybe some kind of polish was used on the handle in the OP one to make it look more uniform? Another difference I am seeing, the tip/swedge of the blade is much thinner in the one in the OP. The tip/swedge of your blade and most other Sarco pieces seems to be thicker.

Extremely cool knives by EDMF! Would love to get one or two like these in my collection. Have my eye open for EDMF M7 and M9 grips but haven't seen anything pop up. Saw one EDMF M9 bayonet with a Phrobis blade which sold for around $1000 a little while back.   If you don't mind me asking, what do the markings on the handle/grip say?
