I think what Scott C said is what’s important. Well, regardless of its history (found or not), it is a very nice find. 

Anyone have an accurate price on this item?   Ive seen prices of 150 to 250 on ones that haven’t sold yet.    The 150 has some damage.   I appreciate the help.

From my small Shoebox collection   rediscovered today a wedge of original 1945 Lubrication Charts for the quarter ton truck, these were intended to be folded in half and inserted in the 1944 TM9-903 Technical Manual which should be carried with each vehicle.  Published eighty-one years ago today 16 July 1945.  Note again no use of the word Jeep, only 1/4 ton truck Willys / Ford.        Norman D. Cowdery wrote two books on the ' All American Wonder ' the quarter ton truck,  note he used the correct term quarter ton truck.  I bought this page of ' stamps ' he published mid 90's with the intention of framing and hanging on a wall.
