Model 1910 dismounted cartridge belt with rimmed eagle snaps. First ones had rimless eagle snaps. Rimmed snaps replaced with lift-the-dot fasteners in 1917. All three types used in WW1. There should be a maker and date marking on the underside of the pocket flaps nearest the two buckle halves. Value in that condition, maybe $75.00.

Yeager was transferred to the Philippines and attained a scouts commission. He was commissioned as a 2nd Lieutenant of the Philippine Scouts on February 10th, 1914. Here are some proficiency certificates for officer garrison courses taken in the Philippines in 1915 and a picture of Yeager on his favorite horse in the Philippines.

There are examples posted on this forum of numbers for decorations on DD-214's but those examples are extremely rare. At this point you are unlikely to find anymore information than what you already have.

This one may also be a civilian Police helmet.  It's 'too blue' for my eyes.

I don't know whats wrong with me. I start with one and end up with 100. I;m running out of room collecting. But it's fun. I like when I get a real deal and not even know it until later. There is a site called The War Front that has quite a few good deals on things.

I have not been able to identify what team this pristine yellow and black striped liner is associated with. This is a USN WWII issue Firestone helmet liner that is painted yellow and features two strips of black electrical tape that run from the front left to the right rear. The liner has a residue that appears to have been from a 2" x 3" rectangular decal with rounded corners that was attached front and center at one time. While researching what team this liner would be associated with, I ran across an M1 helmet that is for sale by Vintage Productions - the helmet is yellow with a single black stripe running front to rear center - see last photo.
