I honestly would not have been able to figure this out without all the help from you guys and the documents that were provided. This really turned into a team effort, and I appreciate everyone who took the time to help, contribute information, and point me in the right direction. In the 50s a USAF arm band, says L A F B, in what I believe means Lackland Air Force Base, followed below ESCORT, perhaps a member who escorted Civitan visitors to the reservation?? -
