If it were not infamous, it would not have drawn the attention of the members of this forum in 2011. Definitions: Infamous means having a notoriously bad or evil reputation. The Pac-Man reproduction cover is "infamous" for its bad reputation in this forum. Iconic: Something widely recognized. This cover is so iconic, that it was awarded the name "Pac Man" after the iconic video game of the same name in the 1980's -

Officer's uniforms were (are) not issued by the Government but had to be purchased from civilian stores, tailors etc, Made to Order or Off the Rack so we guess these makers of officer uniforms, for not just the Army but the Navy and Marine Corps, had the option of ordering more detailed buttons to have in stock, an EM could conceivably buy more detailed buttons and have them sewn on too -

I’d agree with the above, I’m sure it will be of use to a reenactor though but zero historical value. Speaking of Top Pots, you was lucky to actually receive anything from them, I was after some Marine winter greens but got told to stay well away. -

I'd say $10-$20 if you can find a buyer. I wouldn't say they are infamous and certainly not iconic, just a cheap reproduction that will never increase in value. If it was mine, I would destroy it to insure at least one less person got taken. -

When I attended the above estate ssle in Milwaukee, I picked up a 1944 shelter half but I started go through items and found the shelter half to be stenciled "HQ 132 AAA" and "90" When I researched the HQ 132nd AAA, I found that this unit served in the ETO from August 1944 to the end. Very interesting piece, The estate sale I attended was a past president of the 32nd ID Association and I found this out in the garage. It was the only military item out there. I'm glad I went out there. I will be selling this piece of history -

Thanks for your replies guys! Yea I do prefer the OD3 gear over the OD7 which is why I jumped on this one. Now just got to find space to put it 😏 To blitz67, the information was on the linked thread that I read that ‘At the front’ stamp their stuff JQMD -

Nice collection! I like the one with vault boy a lot. Here are some old school variants from my collection, minus the SAC patch which was for Looking Glass. -
