Hello I recently picked up a small group of items from a US Col. This campaign hat was included. It appears to be dated either 1930 or 1936. It is in near mint condition. Any concerns? I have never come across a ww2 era dated one before. I cannot quite make out the makers mark and other information. If anyone can decipher it , please let me know. Thank you
