Thank you! Back in the 1970's, his Medal of Honor was stolen when my grandmother's home in Boulder, Colorado was broken into. My kids and I want to do everything we can to protect his Mollus Medal. Really appreciate your reply! -

I'm sure they were but in what quantities I don't know. Supply issues prevented lots of troops from getting cold-weather gear so many came from the red cross and from home in this case.
