46 lbs seems a lot for just 4 cans. How big is the crate?   Things like these are a dilemma, as the number of people who want a "sealed box" of anything is less than those who would buy the loose item. And the number of those who want a "crate of sealed items" is even less. I am sure someone out there collects "crates of sealed things" and I am sure have an awesome QM or supply display, but as someone trying to sell a few "crates of sealed things" it is tough to find them.

Any chance I can get any AH Patterson memorabilia you have?

It seems you've decided it is worth 500. So, just ask 500. If anyone agrees with you, they'll buy it. Simple as that.

By no means an expert on WWI marine, but I don't like the collar disks either. These all appear to be original uniforms, just trumped up.

Excellent research and perseverance...   Have you had nay more luck finding more of General Stack's items?     It's been 3 years since you last posted this group of items....   Just curious   Leigh

I realize that this thread is quite a few years old but since I have something to add, I will! I found my Wollensack 6X30 monocular scope  with the zippered olive-drab pouch. I'm a sewing hobbyist so when I held the pouch in my hand it looked really chintzy, especially the belt loop.    Doing some research on the Web showed me that it was a genuine pouch and more research led me to the Bat-21 story, although the USAF museum doesn't have the pouch to go with the monocular, just barely visible in the photo below. It would appear that the Air Force purchased the civilian scope "off the shelf" and had the pouches specially made, probably by a contractor already providing sewn pouches and vests for the military.   If anybody wants to purchase my scope, it's for sale: https://www.bonanza.com/listings/USAF-US-Air-Force-survival-monocular-prism-6X30-Bat-21-connection-Wollensak-NY/1808196274

the only ones I see remotely close to those lower prices are masks not in the can. I see sold listings for ONLY the bag for that price tho

Oh, well you asked. $80 price doesn't appear ballpark to me. Asking price, yes. BTW, items marked "sold" with a BIN price continues to show the original asking price - not what it actually sold for. Only one of those you show actually sold with bids for $59. That's pretty good considering what they can be bought for. You could also show those that sold with bids for $14 or $24. Didn't I also see one asking for a couple hundred dollars? eBay sales is the true market indicator. I'm not digging on you as we all have interest in our collection's value increasing.  Got no dog in the fight. Keep us informed for sure. Dave
