Thanx to members for all their kind comments 🙂👍   please just one question   -    would those gloves be correct, having wristlets in white as well?, remember seeing the greenish ones within such survival kits, or at least a few variations of the D-2 mechanics gloves in AAF setups. In case of the latter if I'm not wrong,  yes glove's hand is white but wristlet is not.    

I think better pics would help. 

You can find that patch for a fraction of the listed price.    White tongue patches do bring a premium though.

Going tonight to look at Milsurp.. this helmet is in the lot .. it has a good westy liner and suspension.. but I have limited knowledge on nets   thanks in advance

The M-592 is a great kit to hunt down components for...almost as much fun as the C-1 Vest! Med kit components and signal kit probably the most difficult. I agree that a partial kit is better than nothing.  I could certainly use a better tube of KANT RUST !

Dayle, I did actually stumble upon one of these kits about a year ago! Note the carry "pouch" it came in. I thought it was an early prototype variation because of the different components including SEEK 1 bits. I should have contacted Bob about it but wasn't really giving it a lot of thought at that time as I had other issues to deal with on the home front. I ended up trading it away. Cool history!

Really like those mermaids. There are several different mermaid designs but I like these the best. Nice.

Can you attach photos of your hat? The value of the World War II hats has gone up quite a bit over the years so if original, it’ll definitely be worth some $$$. If it’s missing the drawing number, it may just have been a week ink stamp that had worn off. Missing the adjustable band would definitely affect it value some but it’s hard to actually put a dollar or percentage amount on that.
