Militaria. Y'all are the weirdest people I've ever met! What's wrong with you guys???   Of course, just kidding. But I have had many people say that collecting militaria and reenacting are weird hobbies.    Don't let the "haters" get to you!!!   Wade

Maybe this colonel who's medals I'm currently identifying qualifies, retired in 1930 and enlisted in 1886, his name was Frederick Marion James.  I can't really id his first ribbon on the left

40mm Bofors Army shell. Always cool to find an anti aircraft shell especially when I live right down the street from ww2 anti aircraft replacement training center Camp Wallace.

There’s a very small group of people that collect fire alarms, a very odd thing, but appealing to some apparently. Never met one but heard of them and seen Reddit stuff related to that group.

I found this kit at a flea market last fall. I’ve been tempted to build it but with my, well let’s just say “remarkable” model building skills, I decided it’s best left to the next owner to decide to build it or not. From the little War Bonds logo, I figure it is a WWII era kit.  Mikie

I checked all the dates, the vest it dated 10/10. And everything on the vest including the main soft armor that has a lot number matches and has matching dates. All the attachments (groin, daps, lower back) are dated 9/10 and all the lot numbers and serial numbers all match which i would imagine is rare to find. And the side soft armor is the only thing not matching dated 9/15 that would make it gen 4 but again it is iotv soft armor just not gen 2. I still need to post photos i just need to take all the pouches off first. I also forgot the back of the vest has the punisher skull. Appears to have been done in sharpie or something. But it wasn't done by a 2 year old it actually looks really good. Everything on the vest and all attachments are made by Kdh. Except the side soft armor which is made by point blank.
