Well, SonofNamVet, it would be unfortunate if the fakers were “schooling” themselves here. On the positive side, though, so far it appears that they’re still using the same +60 year old and worn out engraving equipment.

Great thread. Has anyone ever seen a medal grouping for these flyers?  I would expect they all got the UK Defense medal and war medal easily. 

Probably a dual citizen. I did OTC at Cambridge university in 1987/88. I grew up in the UK, but am a US citizen, born on a USAF base. Initially the Cambridge recruitment cadet officer said I was fine, but after my paperwork made it to Whitehall four months later, the MOD told me to resign or get deported by Spring. I still have my red full dress uniform though.

No I have not had any luck. Been sided tracked with some medical issues .
