I found a local auction that is selling dog tags and some have provenance. Should I buy them all? https://newtownauctiongallery.hibid.com/lot/294642097/-2--world-war-1-dog-tag--local--luther-w-mills-?ref=catalog -

Most readers know that I am an avid cyclist, be it on antique or WW2 Military bikes or more contemporary cruisers and more modern ones... I ride about 5000 Kilometers per year and for my everyday rides I have been riding an e-bike on which an electrical motor assists the pedalling for quite some years. It is great for riding longer distances and defy the wind which is always present near the Flanders coast.. It was time to replace my old model so I ordered a new bike made by THOMPSON, a Belgian company which has been building pushbikes since 1921... Given the brand name and the fact that I could choose frame color and markings, I simply had to get one in matt olive drab with blue drab markings.... I now have 5 Thompsons (haha) and this latest one matches the Jeep in color... LOL So this is how it turned out.... Delivered last Thursday and already over 80 miles on the odometer... Great bike!! -

Cleared out a hipster garage sale where denim was being sold. Pile of surplus was sitting on the concrete patio. Found a $40 industrial rack to start going through the pile. Lots of m65 parkas and wool liners. -

Do you think that the box is original to the pendant? I think it more likely, since the box is titled, that it was just a convenient size for the Purple Heart pendant.
