Which Combat Group was he with? I have a pair from 10th Combat Cargo to include his autobiography. He earned his post-war (1945-46) while training Chinese Pilots in twin-engine aircraft. -

Go through your stuff, select what you really want to keep and rent a stall at that flea market to sell the rest? That way you create some space and (hopefully) some budget for new collectables 😶 -

Looks like a lot of work. But the build model is the goal of the work. For myself I must say - no way to build with this lot of parts for the tracks. -
