This website has most of the Officer Registers. It is not very user friendly though, the registers are not in order and you have to go through them to find the one you want and that can take forever so I will let you do it. https://archive.org/search?query=subject%3A"United+States.+Army+and+Navy"&page=2 -

Too much faith involved. If the PH was engraved correctly then you would really have something here but without it it seams like a sum of parts situation. -
