Marvel XMen General Munson helped supply the Weapon X Program with the funding that gave James Howlett his adamantium skeleton. After Wolverine escape he reprimanded Stryker for his failure. During the Weapon XI process, Munson ordered Stryker to end his experiments. Stryker responded by killing him.[1] -
