. Blackout lamp beach find 2008. despite searching my computer files for nearly two hours I finally found this image by chance. I found this smashed lamp on Utah beach in 2008 and recognised it as the lens and bulb for a blackout lamp as I had seen a lens previously when working on fixing a blackout lamp on a Jeep. LTC Evans was assigned to the Faculty in 1955 so that completely fits with these 'Blue Flame' insignia
