That was us. Lu and I are still best pals, and he's still living in SOCAL. I think I met you when we visited just before I had gotten out of the Infantry out at Camp Pendleton and did a lateral MOS move into the EOD field. I still have that copy of your book that you signed and reference it often. Thanks again for that, and it's good to know you are still alive and kicking. I will let Lu know you are on the forum. S/F Bryan. -

+1 Used from the 1950's to 1980's and perhaps beyond. I have a stack of them here marked 'USN' -

In 1970, 2nd Logistical Command was on Okinawa. I'm sure they were there as far back as 1968 and earlier. They received two or more MUCs for support to Vietnam units. If my memory is right, they were down the hill in Machinato from my unit in Sukiran, HHB 30th Arty Bde. -

I rotated the image of the back of the patch to correctly show the bomb as vertical, and filled the edge with transparent fill. -

I know what these items are, I just was hoping someone could tell me when they are from. I saw a few that were marked similar to the usn marked ones that were being called ww2. The one marked federal prison industries I saw some marked the same way but with a date, that one could have the date worn off but I don't think so. I found another tray at a trift store but at least this one has a date. -

Correction on my previous post. The decals are from Cockpit Details; NOT Custom Dioramics. Sorry. Semper Fi. Manny -

I don’t think so. US-made. Probably dates from the very late 60’s after merrowed edge manufacturing was introduced and they were still wearing color insignia.
